What is prioritization?

The word itself is a mouthful and may be overwhelming but what put into action, it opens up a world of love, appreciation, recognition, connection, trust and so many amazing values for, first and foremost, US and for those whom we love and cherish the most.

Prioritization benefits us in all areas of our lives and gives a whole new meaning and perspective to the word “self-love”.

So how do we prioritize?

How do we go about putting ourselves and our needs first without feeling guilty, selfish, shame, etc.?
