All of us, at some point in our lives (and not just once), get stuck in a “zone” with certain patterns which make us feel we’re NEVER getting out of a rut and start losing hope and faith for any brighter future.
Our minds get stuck in a fear based mode and the thoughts in our heads sound like a broken record!
As a result, feelings as depression, sadness, fatigue, anger, disappointment, low self esteem, etc. take over almost daily and become the main drivers of our lives.
What’s most important when we feel stuck is to keep reminding ourselves that:
a. Our fears are leading the way. They are false beliefs and NOT our reality.
b. Patterns can be changed with awareness.
c. The control is ours. All we have to do is make the firm decision and start with action steps.
d. There are plenty of sources for help, love and support. We don’t have to do it alone.
e. It starts with love, dedication, and commitment to ourselves.
f. Change is constant. We can make it work for us and not against us.
g. We’re not the only ones going through it. Voicing it is the most courageous and loving act we can take for ourselves.
h. Light is awaiting us at the end of the tunnel.
