It can break down many emotions as:

– confidence

– self-esteem

– kindness, etc.

It replaces the above mentioned with:

– shame

– conflict

– blame

– withdrawal

– belittling self and others

– and nothing but negativity.

As a result anger, depression, sadness, doubt, and fear arise.

If you’ve committed a serious crime, it’s natural to feel guilty. After all it’s one of many human emotions.
