The answer to this question comes pretty naturally to me.
I live it on a daily basis.
And no, it’s not easy all the time.
There are definitely challenges and choices.
It’s not just about making conscious decisions when making food choices and working out.
It’s truly about your association of pain or pleasure to any of your actions to change your lifestyle.
For example, if you want to lose weight and think of food as the enemy, your diet is not going to last!
Or, if you want to start working out and be more active, concentrating on only losing weight does not work either!
Sorry for the bad news!
But I have great news to replace it with. 😀
You have to re-associate the same actions from being painful experience to pleasurable ones in order to make the new lifestyle last longer than a few weeks or months.
