Hmmm! How to pop it?

Well, you can’t pop no one else’s ego but your OWN!

However, you can be gentle and kind in your communication with a person who’s “over-inflated” and hope that they will decide to “deflate” their own.

I’m sure we’ve all experienced the feeling of a puffy ego and pride at some point in our lives through successful achievements, protecting ourselves from more pain, or perhaps comparing ourselves to the best of the best.

Let’s face it, we’re not all born being Dalai Lama or Mother Theresa!

If we stay in such state for too long it can definitely become problematic for yourself and those around you as you lose the sense of self and live in an illusion that you’re above all else.

Today’s question is about a concerned reader worried about her cousin who has accumulated an inflated ego for some time now.

Hope you’ll all benefit from this, one way or another. 😀
