We all have breakthroughs: “a sudden, dramatic, and important discovery or development.”

“Aha!” moments are when we realize we can overcome barriers.

We realize life will even get better after this.

Our “Aha!”s are the defining moments that restrictions are just a frame of mind.

We get a burst of energy to keep moving forward because there’s always more to learn, experience and grow.

These happen quick and are sweeter than sugar!

They’re unavoidable.

Along the line we encounter many other moments, including “Hmmm!” moments.

These ones don’t quite feel the same as our “Aha!”s.

They also don’t receive the respect and recognition than the other one proclaims.

They lead to breakthroughs as well but they take much more thought processing space and require immediate action on overcoming fears in order to experience that burst of energy.

The two appear with different facial expressions from another!

For the first one, we have nothing but a smile covering our faces.

Its glow of excitement is unforgettable.

The future looks bright and promising.

As for the second, though, a confused look and “I don’t know what to do with that!” look is the best way to describe it.

It’s definitely a moment of realization indicating we have work to do to get to the other side: Growth.

What we do with your “Hmmm!”, in the moment that is happening, is a choice.

We can choose to work hard and face your challenges. It takes discipline.

Many chose to ignore the “Hmmm!”s as they are not as comfortable and happy as the “Aha!”ones and that’s also a reason why the “Hmmm!”s occur more than the “Aha!”s.

They are ignored a few times before they start banging harder on our doors.

We know something needs our immediate attention but we try to postpone change from happening.

What most don’t realize is that the “Hmmm!” moments will lead to amazing breakthroughs if we give them the credit they deserve.

“Aha!”s change our path for the better and the “Hmmm!”s fine tune it.

Give all your moments the attention and respect they deserve.

They’re happening to help you live a happier life.
