SHHHHHH!

Listen….listen carefully.

It begins with a gentle whisper. If you ignore it and not pay attention, the whisper becomes louder and louder with time.

The “Ssshhhhh” becomes a “Pssssssst” gradually! And then it quiets down until something happens and you’ll yell out: “I KNEW IT!! Why didn’t I listen to my gut instinct?”

That’s when the Ssshhhhh and the Pssssssst have turned into HEEEEYYYYYYY!!!

I usually feel it in form of a “light punch in the stomach”! Years ago I used to ignore it until I realized that it was my warning but since then, when I get the “punch”, I smile and wait. It’s about to happen and I’ll get the news of it soon. It’s not necessarily negative news that you get the warnings for but you also get the interesting, funny, crazy, positive stuff too.

I’ve experienced the good and the bad using my “radar” – BEFORE it all happens. This doesn’t mean I can prevent them from happening but I can definitely be prepared for my actions and reactions. Knowing that I have mastered it (mildly) empowers me and puts a smirk on my face! I have learned to tap into it now more than ever.

My friends tell me over and over again that I must do something with this “talent and gift”!

I thought about getting into fortune-telling and rack up the savings account, but then decided to just use it as my GPS for life events! 😛

Everyone has it.

You just have to listen carefully. You have to tap into the signs given to you (punch, funny feeling, tingling, electric shock!, etc.), and then take charge of it.

The first thing that comes to my mind is: “Something is not right and I’ll find out soon what it is (cause I’m a detective!)” or “So and so whom I haven’t seen or heard from in a while will contact me or I’m going to see him/her” or in a high adrenaline pumping situation having to make a decision right then and there, I quiet down and listen carefully for a few seconds and then act! Voila!

I’m sure you’ve all this experience at some point in your lives.

Tap into it!

It feels amazing when you KNOW you were right! 🙂
